Introduction

This e-User Guide serves as a self-learning aid for the project coordinators of the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF). It features the necessary steps for the submission of application proposals, progress/final/completion reports and change requests through the Innovation and Technology Commission Funding Administrative System (ITCFAS). To log in the ITCFAS, you have to register with the system at www.itf.gov.hk.
